To qualify for your Woolfson LASIK Referral Reward, your referral must list you as the referral source on their Patient Data Sheet at their initial consultation. When your referral completes their LASIK procedure at WEI, we will automatically send your first Reward Benefit. To receive the Special Savings at Woolfson Cosmetic, you or your referral must provide the patient concierge with the special code you received with your Woolfson LASIK Referral Program materials.
