For each additional referral you make, Woolfson Eye Institute will send you $200 CASH.
 

HOW IT WORKS:

To qualify for your Referral Reward, your referral must list you as the referral source on their Patient Data Sheet at their initial consultation.  When your referral completes their procedure at WEI, we will mail your Reward Benefit.

*Referral program is valid only for procedures performed after 2/1/2006 and is open only to patients of Woolfson Eye Institute.
