From West Knoxville/Sweetwater/Athens:

Take I-75/I-40 north to the Lovell Rd. (Exit 374). Turn right on Lovell Rd. Turn left on Kingston Pike. Go to second light. Turn right on David Lane (before you get to Pilot-Conoco station). Turn left down alley directly behind Conoco. (This is not a marked road.) Dr. David Smith's / Woolfson Eye Institute-Knoxville office is the red brick building directly on the right.

From Maryville:

Take Highway 129 (Alcoa Highway) to I-140. (Pellissippi Parkway) toward Oak Ridge. Take Kingston Pike exit. Turn left on Kingston Pike exit (Exit 1). Turn left at second light, just past Pilot-Conoco on David Lane. Turn left down alley directly behind the Conoco. (This is not a marked road.) From Halls/Tazewell:

Take Maynardville Highway south to I-640. Take I-640 to I-40. Take I-40/I-75 to I-140 east towards Maryville. Take the first exit (Kingston Pike West). Go to the second traffic light. Turn left onto David Lane just past the Pilot-Conoco station. Turn left down alley directly behind Conoco. (This is not a marked road.)
